- Information you give us when you book or contact us. This can include your name, phone number, email, address, your pet's name, breed, size, age, coat, health or behavior notes, and your appointment details. You give us this through our online booking tool, by phone, by text or WhatsApp, or by message on Instagram.
- Payment information. If you pay online through our booking tool, the payment is handled by its payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on this website.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our host and the tools on our pages may receive your IP address, browser type, device type and the pages you visit.
How we use it
- To schedule, confirm, change and complete your pet's appointment, and to find your home.
- To answer your questions and send reminders about your appointment.
- To keep records of your pet's grooming, such as coat condition, products used and any special handling.
- To keep this website working and secure.
We do not sell your personal information.
Third-party services
Parts of our website and booking process are provided by other companies, which have their own privacy policies:
- Moego runs our online booking tool, which appears on our Contact page. Information you enter there is collected by Moego as well as by us.
- WhatsApp, text messaging and phone are used when you choose to message or call us.
- Instagram is linked from our site. If you follow the link or message us there, Instagram's policy applies.
- Google Fonts loads the fonts used on this site, so your browser may send a request to Google when a page loads.
- Our website host keeps standard server logs.
We may add website analytics later. If we do, we will update this page.
Photos of pets
We may take photos or video of pets during grooming. We only share a pet's photo on this website or on social media with the owner's permission. Tell us if you would prefer we never post your pet.

How long we keep it
We keep appointment and pet records for as long as we need them to serve you and for our business records, then delete or anonymize them when they are no longer needed.
